We also offer pre-employment screening as well as online testing and training facility which identifies candidates’ ability and competence to undertake specific roles, which has proven to be beneficial in assisting our clients with their recruitment process. Our tests are designed to ensure that candidates are competent in audio/copy typing, book-keeping, numeracy, literacy, clerical, spelling, data inputting, IT, and all Microsoft Packages such as Word and Excel. Training courses available are: Sage Line50, Touch Typing, Computer Theory, all Microsoft Office, 2003 and 2010. In addition to these we recently released Management Training which includes: Business Strategy, Motivation and Teamwork, Performance Management, Planning and Organising, and The Five Principles of Business Leadership, as well as Introduction to Soft Skills training which covers Customer Service, Inbound Sales and Outbound Sales.
