CurrentWorks closely with the CEO, select board members, and the senior leadership team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, along with ongoing administration of the organization and its related entitiesHelps to manage and implement the day-to-day priorities of the CEOHelps to maintain sustained organizational focus through CEO calendar management, team coordination, effective problem solving and task routing; Represents the CEO in internal and external communicationsSupports cash flow management through weekly payables processing and monthly coordination with external CPAs to ensure timely financial reports and active management of organizational budgetsEnsures compliance with grant requirements and standards set by external stakeholdersProvides effective summaries and adapts organizational content for varied contextsProvides project management support for major projects including grant proposals, program development documents, internal records, thought leadership, and white papersAdministers organizational systems and ensures internal and external stakeholders have access to the necessary tools to maximize organizational effectivenessSupports HR functions by ensuring effective onboard and offboard of team members including contractors, certain volunteers, and temporary staffRepresents the CEO in select external contexts including ecosystem awareness, broader economic development and civic engagement
