- Coordination and supervision of program logistics- Support in procedures and formalities with public entities such as embassies, ministries, etc.- Revision of online applications on Salesforce and database maintenance. - Support in the preparation and management of documentation. - Constant communication with different AFS partners all over the world to coordinate actions.

Responsibilities include:- Sourcing candidates on LinkedIn or other platforms.- Screenings, interviewing, and follow-ups with potential candidates.- Social media management of the company.- Updating and entering relevant information about candidates in the company's database.- Also assist other recruiters and clients so that the hiring process can run smoothly.
