-Convey clients’ requirements to engineers for new developments-Translate technical drawings and send to clients for their checking-Place orders for samples, follow up the production and check the packages and printing to make sure they meet the client’s requirements-Ask for comments for the samples after the client have received them-Estimate and inform the client of delivery time-Set prices for newly developed products in SAP sys. and place bulk orders-Follow up the production and report to customers if any problem comes up and could lead to delay-Help with shipment booking and customs clearance-Make sure QC inspection has been properly done before shipment-Create shipping documents and make explanation for the delay of unshipped goods.
