I currently manage and maintain the servers, networks, and applications for the DoD, ensuring their availability, reliability, and security. I also provide technical support and help desk services to the end users, resolving any issues and queries promptly and effectively. In my previous roles, I worked in the security section, where I implemented and monitored the IT security policies and procedures, and protected the DoD's systems and data from cyber threats. I am passionate about leveraging IT to enhance the DoD's mission and goals, and I enjoy collaborating with my team and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality IT solutions.
