I firmly believe that a coach is someone who helps you unlock your potential, support and push her or his students to get where they want to be, and keep going.As an IFBB and EBBF certified bodybuilding and fitness coach, I made it my mission to redefine bodybuilding to women,men and teenagers for stress-relief and energy-boost to succeed in life. I focus on mind-muslce-connection, developing a well-balanced physique, and mental resilience. Having astrong expertise in dancing, my coaching is highly educative while having strong trust-based relationships with her students. Grew up in a multicultural environment, I have a good understanding of cross-cultural communication. My multi-talented nature and experiences have developed a unique skill set to maximize client satisfaction in each training session I deliver.I offer fitness consulting, personal training and guidance to customize personalized programs to reach each individual's full potential in fitness while developing a lifestyle that’s focusing on wellness.
