As a general and special educator, I successfully addressed the behavioral, educational, and social needs of students. My experience involved teaching diverse groups of students with exceptionalities, such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), learning disabilities, developmental delays, speech impairments, emotional disturbances, and non-compliant behavior. In addition to teaching, I played a crucial role in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), 504 Plans, and Behavior Improvement Plans (BIPs) to help every student achieve their annual goals and objectives.
