Since the 1950s computers has been a great influence within society, however without a network the computer is just an isolated box. That is where I come in as a computer engineer I design, sustain, and monitor networks to ensure that governments, businesses, and even schools stay connected and have the utmost up-time to get maximum productivity. Within my field of work there is always need for a network because everything is done online, texting, emails, banking, even dating. However with the more that we depend on computers and the networks that they work on the more threats there are to steal our information and even our identity. This makes me stay up to date with the most recent threats and determined that those that have malicious intent do not reach their intended audience. I do this by studying the ways of a hacker, taking security classes, and staying certified in my field. It is important that your information is secure and that is what I am here for.
