With a natural confidence I am unafraid to stand up and speak when I feel something needs to be said. Though, as a true team player I like to listen to other people's opinions, even when they contradict my own. I find it, therefore, easy to communicate with others, especially in person, be it through facts and logic or raw emotion.As a passionate altruist, nothing makes me happier than leading the charge, uniting and motivating people with enthusiasm, but I am also efficient in keeping the healthy distance to not get too sensitive and be able to make tough decisions.
