My graduate research projects explore the genetics of complex human traits with a focus on asthma and its associated phenotypes. I have performed GWAS and fine mapped asthma risk loci to identify putatively causal variants and genes, analyzed RNAseq data and performed eQTL mapping, compiled functional 'omic datasets for prioritization of causal variants with annotation data, and ran variant-set tests for rare variant analyses. I am also interested in science communication, teaching, and diversity and inclusion in STEM.
