- coordinates the whole team, by creating and managing internal procedures, scheduling weekly meetings and supervising all the activities;- runs the day-by-day operations of the gallery and ensures its image;- draws up the price list, basing on auctions results and market trends;- keeps up to date with market trends;- welcomes important clients visiting the gallery;- sells works through website, exhibitions/fairs and personal contacts;- gives after-sales support (eg. advices on restoration and on logistic both nationally and internationally / responding to complaints from customers)- develops and maintains client lists;- searches for XX century design pieces;- identifies new dealers to start collaboration with and helps the acquisitions coordinator to maintain the relationships with them;- supervises the acquisitions choice of historical pieces;- identifies art/design fairs to exhibit at;- supervises shootings, loans, press publications, social media;- attends to trade and special events.
