The next phase for me at Unicred was the opportunity to explore the role of UX Researcher. This experience was not only significant for my growth as a designer but also life-changing. In the UX Data and Research team, I learned the pragmatic mindset of a researcher, which I view as a powerful tool that has enhanced my overall approach. Recognizing my contributions in the CRM and Business Intelligence department, Unicred promoted me to a permanent role within their organization. Upon joining Unicred, I became a member of the new Customer Experience sector of the financial institution. I've learned the methods of Continuous Discovery to fulfill my role effectively, engaging stakeholders by providing a strategic design perspective in my prototype and research presentations and interactions. Refining these skills, I gained another perspective on designing digital products, acquiring strategic abilities to apply them effectively within the company's needs.

Zallpy Digital marked my initial challenge as a UX Analyst, where I operated independently without direct supervision. My journey commenced within the CRM and Business Intelligence department of their client, Unicred do Brasil, where I was responsible for crafting diverse interfaces for both their CRM and Power BI platforms. Within this dynamic team, I assumed a leadership role in design, guiding decisions, prototyping, conducting user research, and fostering close collaboration with the development team.

I officially entered the UX world and began my professional journey when I joined as a UX/UI Intern at PROCERGS, a prominent data processing company headquartered in Rio Grande do Sul city. During this experience, I had the opportunity to collaborate with a User Experience professor from my college, who played a pivotal role in equipping me with the necessary expertise in the UX field. As an intern at PROCERGS, I worked on prototyping interfaces for projects like the new website of Detran RS (a government agency at the time) and participated in my first UX research interview with real website users.
