Founder & Chief Officer of children's charity SELFA based in Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales.I’m committed to working with children and young people so they can achieve their potential and live happy and fulfilled lives. I am also deeply passionate about rural charities, mid-life leadership and the impact we can make in the communities we live in and beyond.Belfast born and bred, I studied for a diploma in Business and Finance at Ulster University before moving to Yorkshire. I have over 20 years experience in both the public and voluntary sector; having previously worked for North Yorkshire County Council, the Regional Development Agency - Yorkshire Forward and national charity Mencap.
