After working on the estate Roggebotstaete for 8 years I had the amazing opportunity to develop and execute the next step of the estate in becoming a regenerative land where people get to re-connect with nature, themselves and each other. My project was to develop a Glamping site, including off grid shower buildings, landscaping design and new event venues. We also upgraded the existing buildings to make them suitable for exclusive corporate event groups. Next to that I facilitated and produced high end nature based events for both corporate clients as retreat facilitators. Leaving the estate with a “in business” set up with a steady client base and beautifully laid out event space including a stunning market garden. A little piece of heaven where our guests can immerse themselves in the stories of a possible regenerative future.

Booking.com ; BAM 2018Event ManagerFor Booking.com we designed and produced the 3 foodcourts for their international staff event with 8.500 attendees. This event took place in the Rai in AmsterdamHeineken Commerce Week 2016, 2017 & 2018Event ManagerIn this role I am managing the overall budget, logistics, branding and look&feel for the Heineken Commerce Week 2016. This event is the yearly get together of the Heineken Global Commerce community to share best practices and prepare for the commerce agenda of the upcoming year. An amazing production which definately set the standard for how you can reach your full potential with teamwork. Venues that we have used for this event are: De Markthal, Sugar City and Taets.

I am proud to have been a part of the very first event of Kingcanary in Istanbul. We organised and executed a great "Gameshow" for TNT's 48-hours team. An unforgetable event where I could do what I love doing most: Motivating people to move out of their comfort zone.Besides the 48-hours project, I have been helping out on other events, mainly as an on-site producer.

For TOMS EMEA I produced the introduction event for their #standfortomorrow launch in Europe. It was an event where everything I stand for came together. Inspirational Changemakers, honest food, immersive build outs, social impact and a change to create a riple on food waste, social inclusion, dignity, sustainability and so many more examples of Business for Good!

I work at the Nike European Head Quarters as a freelance event specialist.During the last 14 years I have been mainly involved in organizing the Nike Go To Market Meetings. These meetings prepare the sales force for the coming selling season, a good balance between inspiration and information that suits the "Work Hard, Play Hard" mentality at Nike. Every year the meeting takes place in a different city. Places where I have been working with this meeting are; New Orleans, Portland, Orlando, Miami, Tampa, Barcelona, Malta and several destinations in Turkey. There are around 800 international guests attending these meetings.I have had different roles & responsibilities within the team, but I specialize in the production of the Category Break Out Rooms and inspirational activities.My highlights of activities I have organized during these meetings are the Hil To Coast Race, an 85 km Relay Race from the European Head Quarters in Hilversum to the coast of Noordwijk and the Mount To Coast Race, a 90 km Relay Race from the top of Mont Serat to the beach of Barcelona.We had between 50 and 80 teams compete in these races. The races included a motivational communication plan before hand and prices for best-dressed team and best decorated van. An unforgettable race day where people are challenged to push their limits, move out of their comfort zones and get to know Holland and Barcelona in a complete new way.

At Converse EMEA I organised Kick Off Meetings in Amsterdam, Berlin, Lisbon and Valencia.

For DNA Events I worked as Senior Event Manager druing the production of the GP Roggel for Vodafone.

For Converse I produced theirConverse village at Lowlands Fesitval for 2 years.

I worked as a producer on the Picnic Partner/Sponsor programs.

The Garage Creations unfortunately doesn't exsist anymore but it was another great team to work with. My most memorable events with this agency are:The Homecoming Ceremony for the ABN AMRO Volvo Ocean Race boats in Amsterdam. New Year's Eve (2 times) for the Staatsloterij on Damsquare in Amsterdam.The "Gouden Loekie's" (2 times), the national TV commercial awards, where I organised the after party of the official ceremony

Stripped Event Managers was a collaboration of 3 Freelance event managers; Maarten Lammers, Marcello Houtman en Derk van Berkel. Together with this team we organised 5 PICNIC Festivals in Amsterdam An innovative 3-day festival of design, science, technology, media and business.

As a producer I was responsible for sponsor deals and logistics of the different items.

My First and only official employer. I started here as a intern and learned all about the events and incentive world. This is when I knew.....I want to be in events!
