Started as a budtender in September of 2015 and was quickly promoted to inventory manager for The West Seattle Marijuana Store in Seattle, WA. I then created multiple systems to help organize the process for all inventory managers, systems that are now used at all three storefronts. I became the first purchasing manager for the company in January of 2017. I managed a team of six inventory managers and created all daily specials and sales events for all three locations, as well as scheduled all deliveries and handled all compliance related questions from staff. I was responsible for maintaining a specific gross margin for each location, set forth by the owner. I consistently raised the stores’ margins beyond the goals set for me.
