I started to offer this role on a contract basis for small businesses after listening to leaders, and founders talk about the tension of opposites between people care and business stability and growth. When can I fit it into the (time & money) budgets?My experience as a service provider, corporate facilitator, customer success manager and professional development consultant allows me to step into different perspectives and put together a unique blend of models and practices that meet both the needs of the business and the individuals. I bring 26 years of working with people. I have worked alongside hundreds of small businesses and see the common situations they face. Corporate directors, general managers, CEOs & VPs in Canada, US, and Mexico have put their teams in my hands to find the working style that suits them best, implementing practices to build a connection with each other and customers.I will be an advisor and consultant, and when needed, I can roll up my sleeves and execute solutions.
