Process Engineer

1. Operating and maintaining machinery and equipment in the oil plant, including pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, chillers and valves, to ensure safe and efficient production and distribution of oil products.2. Monitoring the oil plant's performance and processing activities, adjusting equipment settings or processes as needed to ensure optimal production and quality standards are met.3. Conducting routine inspections and maintenance on machinery, equipment, and pipelines to identify and correct issues before they become major problems.4. Documenting and reporting any maintenance or repair needs to maintenance personnel or supervisors, including tracking and logging data on the plant's overall production and performance.5. Following safety procedures and protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), to minimize the risk of accidents or environmental damage and respecting the LOTO system while conducting any maintenance duty.6. Collaborating with other plant personnel to ensure efficient coordination of activities and maximize plant productivity.7. Troubleshooting any issues or problems that occur during production, working to identify the root cause of the problem and implementing appropriate solutions to prevent the issue from recurring.8. Staying up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to oil production and processing.Machines operated and maintained: Plate Heat exchangers , Separator Westfalia AG , chiller , KSB centrifugal pumps, Dosing Pump, nozzles and ejectors, valves, filters (leaf/bag), deodorizer, Cooling towers
