In this expanded role, while continuing my current responsibilities, I will start providing technical support and training to the channel partners in the Eastern Mediterranean and South East Europe region.

Beside my FSE responsibilites;-Play in role to reach the Turkey sales target by prepearing service agreements.-Giving technical product service training and technical support to overseas countries(Georgia, Armenia,Albania,Macedonia,Turkmenistan) and local dealers, also end users.-Executing field operations, inform users and dealers about all technical bulletins, FAN's, TU's and control if necessary changes have made or not.-Regularly control the CRM system as a CRM expert and update the system related to installation,de-installation,changes and replacements.

-Providing feedback to the Technical Service Manager for identifying and implementing improvements that enhance the customer's satisfaction with the company-Provide the information about refurbished and new installation of analyzers, related cases and service work orders and adapt all these information to the CRM Software and updated IB movements on time in CRM.-Maintaining an up to date knowledge of all products in the service portfolio of the responsible area to determine the needs of service analysis made available for the improvement of physical service process to enforce them about the action plan.-Responsible from preparing refurbished analyzers to overseas countries regarding to order, make routine yearly maintenance for local analyzers and customer visit for their satisfaction -Gathering relevant data from field, offsite and onsite coordination of improvement projects about service process-Communicating the field early warning and failure feedback to production facilities and taking part in resolving the problem.-Completing required documentation for each service business-Performing the software & hardware updates and enhancements according to manufacturer guidelines.

-Give after sales support to all customers and dealers.-Help to solve customer problems on the field or remotely.-Responsible from instruments installation and training. -Make regular visits and routine maintenance of analyzers. -Prepeare maintenance schedule for all devices.

-Responsible for development of service network in related areas. -Giving training of designated instruments, -Demonstration and installation.-Develope private and government hospital contacts and networking within the customer. -Make regular hospital visits and routine maintenance of analyzers.

Give technical support for climatization systems.

Give services for CCTV,Alarm and Security systems.
