As part of the Mercedes-Benz Otomotiv organization, I worked as a "Business Analyst" in operations and projects carried out for a total of 5 factories, 3 in Germany, 1 in Poland and 1 in Romania.The works that I did, are as follows:- In SAP and Non-SAP projects, collecting product backlog, making improvements with a developer team and project follow-up,- Testing and following up of the project in the "Go Live" processes,- Analyzing of possible problems that may occur regularly, irregularly or that will slow down the system, finding and following permanent solutions,- Analyzing the requests/problems received by users and producing solutions,- Following up of ITIL Processes, analyzing of performance and reporting- Organizing monthly "Business Development Meetings", performance evaluation, improving and following up;These are the main things I did.

- I worked as a project engineer at Mevertech Technology, which deals with the sales and technical support side of ISR Information Security and Consultancy. - While providing technical support for our security products such as TINA and MENA, I also took part in projects such as network design / network improvement according to the needs in projects.- In addition, I made long-term analysis in business development, business intelligence and solution-oriented projects and supported various projects.- I helped to kind of improvements which were required, according to system changes in the various projects, according to user needs and demands, and took part in all task distributions.- I got permission to look for a new job due to Covid-19 caused decreasing projects and the stagnant works.

- Synapse Technology was established under Doğan Hukuk, one of Turkey's largest law firms, to improve in-house technology. Here, I worked in the areas of digitalization, business analyst, business development, process management and project management, which are a necessity of the age. As a result of the researchers, we found the file manager system name M-File and made all the optimizations required for the law firm of this program.- We have drawn the flowchart of the work that works inside, and we have determined case of problems and produced solutions about it.- We digitized their manually-worked systems that require constant human and human power from end-to-end, enabling them to do more work with less effort and the same number of people.- We have set up a fully efficient system from end to end, tested and applied.- We provided the processing of data and management of growth, and we had training on this processes and trained to employees. (Data management, Archiving, Effective communication)- We overhauled the old technology and unneeded infrastructure, took out lists and renewed needs.- We have cleaned the information pollution within the servers and ensured the efficient creation and storage of the backups to be taken, at the same time the end-to-end optimization.- With the project we were working on, we have implemented special studies for the accounting and finance department, and made integrated studies where the internal financial accounts, various interest calculations and additional costs can be easily calculated. In this way, we ensured the budget processes were easily analyzed, in this way, we collected with these analyzes accounting movements and all calculations in one place.- I quitted my job due to military service.

- After returning to Turkey in 2016, it was the first experience which i worked while completing my education. As IT Staff I was fixing malfunctions and errors that may occur in IT. In addition, I was supplying with the requests, wanted from me, making the necessary technical purchases and optimizing them.
