Within this framework, “Corporate Governance Principles Compliance Report” and “Corporate Governance Information Form” for fiscal years, which incorporates the aspects of those principles that can and cannot be implemented, has been prepared in line with our Company’s priorities in this respect.Responsible from preparing and execution of “Sustainability Principles and Policy” and “Sustainability Report” with respect to ESG Principles, realization of “Corporate Social Responsibility Projects”, and governance of Sustainability Committee. The objective of Sustainability Policy is to set forth the fundamental principles and procedures to prevent or minimize the adverse environmental and social impacts with respect to the business and other activities of the Company and its customers and to maximize positive impacts. The Company is the first company in the Financial Industry Index to be listed on BIST 100 in Turkey. The Corporate Governance Rating Score of the Company is confirmed as 9,29 out of 10 as of the end of 2023. Corporate Governance Rating score was determined as a result of the evaluation carried out under four main titles (Shareholders, Public Disclosure & Transparency, Stakeholders, and Board of Directors) weighted based on Corporate Governance Principles of Capital Markets Board, and the breakdown by main titles.
