• Was advisory team member in the SPO (c$150m) of Vestel Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. and managed the relationship between the consortium (ABN AMRO Rothschild, Deutsche Bank, and Global Securities) and Grant Thornton International. Was active member in the business due diligence process and carried out the valuation study in coordination with ABN AMRO Rothschild London • Acted as advisory team member in the privatization of Turk Telekom (c$10-$14b) and managed the relationship between the consortium (ABN AMRO Rothschild and Merrill Lynch) and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Took active role in business and financial due diligence and prepared the IAS 29 figures for the Information Memorandum. • Was advisory team member on the “buy side” in the privatization of a chemical company and produced sector and valuation reports. • Conducted extensive market research in various sectors to identify prospects and prepared several proposals.

• Was advisory team member in the IPO ($10m) of Penguen Gida Sanayi A.S. and was mainly responsible for business due diligence, financial analysis and valuation. • Acted as advisory team member in the IPO ($30m) of Yapi Kredi Koray Gayri Menkul Yatirim Ortakligi A.S. and was mainly responsible for financial due diligence and valuation. • Took active role in the privatization of Turkish Airlines in July 1998 as advisory team member mainly responsible for valuation and Capital Markets Board issues.
