- Coordinate all the EH&S activities in the plant with follow up EH&S regulatory compliance and implement OTIS requirements, local legislation accordance with EH&S Management System including ISO 9001-ISO 14001-OHSAS 18001 Standards.- Assist EMEA EH&S group to set site EH&S target and plan aligning with EH&S Management System for continuous improvement, and present EH&S matters/progress - Conduct periodical risk assessment activities, hazard identification, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), environmental impact and ergonomic mapping analysis in all the working areas to determine EH&S risks in a way that they include all kinds of preventive and corrective actions .- Pro actively manage all near misses, lost time incidents and establish After Accident Management; to prepare incident reports with making the RRCA; Relentless Root Causes Analysis and follow up the corrective action plan.- Support lean transformation to create new cell design and 5S program for standardization and improve Ergonomic Risk Reduction projects with Kaizen Programs. - Ensure obtaining the EH&S permits (LOTO, Hot Works, Lifting Operations, Confined Space, Working at Heights, Electricity, etc.), licenses, permissions required for the facility.- Establish and manage EHS budget to improve and support EHS activities, and consult other function budget needed successfully (Capex-Opex)- Collect and track data to EH&S Reporting System (ERS) on-time following region and corporate plan and request.- Manage and implement environmental projects for pollution prevention, energy conservation, hazardous substances, wastes and air emissions. - Manage emergency situations and follow up emergency path and communication systems.- Arrange and participate regular internal and external audits. - Communicate and/or escalate any violation, non-compliance, unsafety behaviors or unsafety conditions to the area responsible for awareness and management actions by GEMBA walks.

- Heads up the team of C Class Occupational Health and Safety Specialists- Responsible for HQ, Hubs, Branches and Automotive Workshops which are positioned over each location of the country. - Coordinate all the Safety activities; reporting, permitting, compliance, administrative audit, etc.) in the UPS facilities or contractors and customer sites.- Following the H&S performance frequencies and reporting regular monthly and quarterly internal and external reports on time.- Prepare H&S training materials, all visual, written and verbal communication, and H&S procedures & processes including Road Safety ( on job, space and visibility, vehicle safety training audit (VSTA) ) program for all UPS facilities. - Manage all Safety and Environment meetings (Committee meetings, Management Review meetings, Group meetings, etc.)- Establish H&S Department in the plant in parallel with District, Europe Region and Central H&S Team- Corporate-USA - Identify and implement yearly objectives and targets for HSE Management System. And tracking KPI’s.- Coordinate and arrange sustainability program and safety recognition campaigns. - Deploy and coordinate Behavior Program the entire organization to ensure safety ownership of each individual and function on their works, and to improve safety behavior and observation program by all employees.

- Preparing and providing Health and Safety trainings to all employees including contractors.- Following up the Permit the Work System - Supply and ensure that use of personal protective equipments- Responsible for the organization of toolbox talks ( pcms )on site.- Performing daily safety walk downs and regular inspections on job site.
