*** A comprehensive project was managed with FairIsaac, the consultancy firm of Falcon, the card transactions security package that that Akbank uses. The issues that the security unit found incomplete and wanted to improve were shared and the process of putting the decisions into practice was followed.Working in the System Development Unit which is a part of Card Operations Department, identifying the needs and demands of business units and being responsible for the analysis, process design, implementation, testing and documentation of the projects,Deeply evaluating the requirements and analyzing functionality to optimize the system and related processes, creating requirement documents,Sharing the documents of the analyzed projects with the relevant departments, examining the feedback and taking the relevant actions if it is deemed appropriate to make changes,Writing User Acceptance test scenarios, running the tests, sharing the problems encountered during the UA testing process with the software teams,Making production pilot tests after the projects are put into practice, identifying, tracking and finalizing production problems.

Carrying out domestic and international card and workplace operations on behalf of the banks served, examining the issuer document requests and chargeback transactions received through Visa, MasterCard and resolving them in accordance with appropriate rules and regulations,Researching, processing, and resolving chargeback/reversal requests for various dispute reason codes specific to the supported card brands, by utilizing established processes in a multi-client/system environment and adhering to association regulations,Making BKM (The Interbank Card Center) monthly data entries, checking of MasterCard Fraud reports, following MC warning messages regularly and taking required actions,Supporting the call center service for Eurobank Tekfen, Turkland Bank and Turkishbank. answering incoming calls and fulfilling customer requests, preparing regular activity reports of customer banks, and sharing them with bank authorities.

Working in the Acquirer Chargeback Service which is a part of the Bank’s Chargeback Unit, examining the issuer document requests and chargeback transactions received through Visa, MasterCard, BKM (The Interbank Card Center) and Bonus, and finalizing them in accordance with Visa and MasterCard rules,Collaborating with external customers and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes in a timely manner, providing ad hoc reporting related to rebates & chargebacks,Being up to date on Visa, MasterCard and BKM (The Interbank Card Center) rules and regulations, providing input into changes that may be needed in policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Responsible for researching, evaluation and resolution of customers’ credit disputes related to credit card and debit card expenses in the banks served (Ziraat Bank, Ziraat Bank Bosnia and Halk Bank),Remaining current on Visa, MasterCard and BKM (The Interbank Card Center) rules and regulations, domestic and international regulations, and internal procedures that affect chargeback dispute processing,Performing financial maintenance of the resulting chargeback files, providing ad hoc reporting related to rebates & chargebacks.
