Current- Promoted within 1 month to Lead role- Active member of the Employee Engagement Committee- Utilize company work order management system to effectively schedule service technicians and ensure customer commitments are made- Develop professional customer relationships by providing daily updates on open work orders via customer portal, email and/or verbally- Consistently at 85%+ FTF (first time fix) and lowest ATT (average travel time), with solid profitability- Worked with management to create training manual for current employees- Submit finalized work orders to the billing department to be invoiced
