As head of the events team, I manage a team of event professionals, who are responsible for leadingthe strategic planning, development, and execution of a diverse range of events from digital, hybrid, in-person to sponsored.

•Project management and delivery of events ranging from conferences, exhibitions, awards/graduation ceremonies, networking dinners, roadshows, seminars and workshops •Event management for The Personal Finance Society, working closely with clients at BNY Mellon, Standard Life, Threadneedles, Friends Provident and Bluefin•Implementing cost effective ways of delivering events through webinars and podcasts •Delivering collaborative events in conjunction with RBS, HSBC, Zurich, Willis and Lloyds Banking Group •Sourcing bespoke hospitality events •Coordinating travel and accommodation •Budget management, negotiating rates and contracts •Strategic planning through marketing events with targeted campaigns and direct mailings

•Event management of 80 events per year including workshops, trade exhibitions and seminars •Management of events assistant and temp staff•Management and coordination of accommodation and travel•Working with marketing and strategy team to develop and execute event plan •Responsible for event collateral and evaluation
