We are currently re-building our team to bid and deliver conferences. I have two direct reports and enjoy working collaboratively with them to offer a comprehensive management service to AUT and external clients.

Assist the Conference Manager and Events team in exceeding our client’s expectations by ensuring efficient and effective management of all conferences.1. Delegate and speaker accommodation / Accommodation contracts2. Management of eTouches software – Setup of registration web pages, abstractsubmission guidelines, etc3. eTouches Software - general setup of new conferences, codes, etc4. Liaison with keynote and invited speakers5. Speaker abstracts and audiovisual requirements6. General assistance7. Promotional emails design and distribution8. Onsite management

Provide support to prospective and current students as well as to alumni.

Supporting the University's retention and intervention strategy by contacting students by phone and providing support through imparting correct information and connection of students to AUT services and facilities

Coordinate and keep track of event sponsors, attendees and speakers.Manage, update and keep information current and accessible in Google Docs Spreadsheets and DropboxLiaise with venue staff and ensure professional service

Contacting current customers regarding purchase of equipment, preparing price quotes as per customer orders and day to day admin duties
