    At TNC Cranes my role involved being the Store Manager as well as the Administration Manager. I gained a lot of experience from these roles which has helped me develop and get to where I am today.I was responsible for the general day to day Administration duties (such as, answering phones, filing, archiving, distribution of mail etc), Accounts Payable duties (including but not limited to, entering time sheets, processing payroll, receipting of supplier invoices, assist with bank reconciliations etc), Accounts Receivable duties (including but not limited to, invoicing, entering remittances, following up outstanding invoices etc), and Fleet Control duties (including but not limited to, booking in vehicles for services, repairs and mine site compliances, conducting vehicle inspections, booking accommodation, flights, mine site inductions and training for staff etc).At TNC Cranes I was given this task in July 2012 to produce, manage and implement a Quality Management System. This involved first of all creating the Manual then, creating all the different documents required to go along with the Manual, ensuring everyone was well aware of their tasks involved within the Manual and conducting the audits to ensure all staff members where in compliance with the Manual. By April 2013 I had the Quality Management System up and running with all staff complying. At the end of April 2013 I gained the ISO 9001 Accreditation for the Company. To this date this has been one of my greatest achievements and something I have always been proud of.
