As Head of Business Development & Communication, I lead strategic scaling and project development initiatives. In my part-time self-employment as a speaker, I focus on the topics of talent acquisition, Gen Z, social sustainability and new work. I use my knowledge and resources to support projects and initiatives that advance these areas. My focus is on creating sustainable work environments that leverage the talents and skills of Gen Z while promoting intergenerational, forward-thinking work.
