Director Of Leasing
Current• Responsible for all Asset/Leasing responsibility for the Los Angeles properties, including Westfield Century City, Culver City, Fashion Square, and Topanga, for short term, kiosk, and long term inlines. • Maintain a list of National Accounts and handle all site selection and deal negotiations throughout Westfield’s Portfolio of centers.• Effectively handle regional budgets, personal productivity budget for the year, as well as future year’s budgets• Conduct tours with National, Regional and Local tenants to secure new deals while Westfield Century City and Westfield Topanga underwent redevelopment and remodel/renovation • Canvass and cultivate new relationships with first to market retailers within the Los Angeles and Arizona Market.• Hold responsibility in developing and retaining new leads for the company, negotiating deals, and maintaining accounts• Facilitate all aspects related to tenant negotiations. This includes but is not limited to: deal approval process, lease agreement execution, verifying tenant references, photographs, floor plans, financial statements, etc.
