Prepare tender documents, RFP, bid invitations and coordinate bidsubmissions. Prepared and coordinated subtrade contracts, construction documents and Processed sub-trade, clients and RFIs, Change Orders, Invoices,Progress Claims and other field Services Preparation and coordination of field notices, meeting and reviews Coordinate superintendent/sub-trade inquired. Attend project meeting and maintaining project files.Preparation of RFQ's and tender analysis tables. Coordination of submission and review for compliance with contractdocuments. Coordination of submission and review of operating and maintenancemanuals. Coordinate Operations and Maintenance Manuals at project close out. Responsible for upkeep of archived information, complete with setup of project warranty tracking and notification system Database input / management and data entry for existing and prior projects. Assist in tracking and documenting of existing project progress and maintain project control list. Assist in preparation of office budget Create invoices for services rendered Follow up on past due accounts Coordinate payments and invoices received with projects / accounting records. Responsible for the record management of expenses Consolidate shipping / receiving services

Project File Management- Setup projects in record management book and on server and new project folder, complete with project summary sheet.- Setup contact information for Owner, Contractor(s), Architects, others- Maintain all documents in project files, including field work record management, report preparation, budgeting, project tender phase management, project management and final project closeout.- Provide support for preparation of French documents, including contract, specifications, correspondence, etc…- Assist in preparation of documents for reporting, tendering, contracts, invoicing, etc…Time Sheet Management- Responsible for the upkeep of all time sheets of all employeesTelephone interaction- Liaise with Owners, Architects, Contractors, Suppliers, etc…, for day to day operations of the office.- Provide French liaison services for the office.Presentations / Trade Shows / Seminars- Assist in preparation of presentations, including research, power point or other media presentation.- Coordinate all aspects of trade show participation.- Coordinate exterior / in-house seminars
