5 months as Marketing Lead at Panacea Innovation, an Oxford based life science accelerator. I worked remotely from Scotland, Dundee.• I developed cohort member profiles to optimize our marketing efforts and was involved with Panacea’s rebranding efforts. • As marketing lead, I communicated with potential startups and interested founders about the cohort onboarding process, the program, and the value of the accelerator’s existing network through email and social media channels. • I wrote copy for application calls and social media posts. • Following up with the marketing strategies I recommended, I facilitated Panacea’s move to new social media and publishing platforms (Instagram, Twitter, and Medium) and added new management tools to our marketing stack (Hootsuite)

• Involved in outreach at NUS Career Fair (SciGlo, Intern recruitment)I manned the booth and introduced the start-up to the crowd of students at the NUS Career Fair, collected resumes, and pitched the benefits of the lab review segment hosted on Sciglo.

Covered Biotech news, local and international biotech events and contributed articles on research developments as well as opinion pieces• Manned Biotech in Asia booth at the annual One North Festival based in Singapore and jointly organized by A*STAR, Science Centre Singapore, and JTC. (2016)• I communicated the mission of the publication to the public and advocated for scicomm careers • Facilitated a science communication/journalism career booth on science communication during 17th Elementz Fair hosted at Anderson Junior College (2016). - I engaged pre-university students through interactive games and quizzes I designed to introduce them to science journalism as a career.
