My role consists of the two major parts; UX design team management and customer relationship. As a project manager, I make sure the output is accomplished by quality. Projects need to deliver appropriate to usability principles, acceptance by aesthetic concerns, and producible for development. DeFacto & Derimod E-Commerce Web, App design projects, Mastercard & Egypt ACUD Smart City App, Axa Insurance Company Agent's Dashboard, Metro Gross Market App, Garanti e-Trader app, TEB banking apps are some of the projects that I have been involved in with my team. Over the years, I managed startup projects from the beginning with research parts such as user research, customer journey maps till delivering to development. Furthermore, the supported development phase after the designing process is complete by maintenance projects.

I have carried out the design project of telescopic passenger stairs. Managed the process from all concept studies to production drawings and cost calculations to improve the existing product. The design provided ease of assembly and made it suitable for mass production, and features were added which made the passenger stair can be easily used for all passengers like children and elderlies and disabled people.
