Service Delivery Expert
Current• Act as the customer’s primary contact and escalation point for service delivery issues and questions for Hospitality and Retail Sector of Doğuş Group• Manage completion of preventive maintenance and provision of engineering changes and software updates for infrastructure• Manage timely delivery and implementation of all other services.• Coordinate activities of project team to ensure successful completion of a project• Maintain customer’s project status such as time, budget, scope, and quality including milestones to provide an accurate revenue schedule on a monthly basis.• Coordinate the activities of third-parties supporting DT at the customer.• Act as a strategic contact between IT and business units to understand their technology needs and ensure effective delivery of IT solutions,• Collaborate with business leaders to align technology strategies with organizational objectives,• Drive the development and execution of IT business relationship plans and roadmaps,• Oversee the management of IT services, ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of business units,• Evaluates the satisfaction level of IT services and designs improvement projects.• Supporting the organization's information technology development, cyber security, and transformation strategy by following IT trends• Following IT trends and creating long-term IT infrastructure strategies• To contact corporate customers for contributing to determine business needs.
