Throughout my career, I have been able to touch people's lives in different ways. Working in the mental health field has given me the ability to assist a wide variety of people from different backgrounds. This is how I have developed the skills to also be a successful social media influencer. Becoming an influencer has sparked my creativity & has also shown me that there are many ways to help others.My aptitude to utilize community resources and provide education to those in need is important. My advanced assessment and intervention skills help prepare families with a variety of social, emotional and health related problems. I have collaborated and worked with nurses, doctors, spiritual care and other interdisciplinary team members who are part of the patients’ treatment plan in order to determine the appropriate social work services needed for each patient. Furthermore, I have gained skills and expertise along the lines of training and developing new employees working in the CPEP department.Due to my work at the Block Institute, I have developed detailed knowledge and expertise on benefits and entitlements such as SSI, SSD, Medicare and Medicaid. Being able to think fast on my feet is part of the advance skill that I embrace.
