What do I like about my job? Meeting people with whom I build and maintain long-term relationships based on transparency and mutual trust.-------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------I fell in love with sales in a small Scandinavian lingerie boutique in 2015.I had the difficult task of advising women who must have been twice my age that I had a product that would greatly change their perception of the sizes we had on the market at the time.During this experience of my life, I quickly realized that I loved being with people and that I had a real desire to help others.In 2016, I started B2B sales as a representative at Clientis. I generated qualified leads for clients in several industries. I made a ton of cold calls!In 7 years at Clientis, I have put into practice absolutely all the stages of a sales cycle from prospecting, to presentation meetings, to signing the contract and renewing agreements. I was able to manage customer accounts in various sectors and guide them in their development strategy.I also had the honor of leading a great team which allowed me to discover myself as a manager. What did I learn from them? Coaching, support, listening and kindness!For a little over a year now, I have had the chance to work for a Canadian company created and managed by women, but also a leader in the manufacturing of teas and herbal teas. As Business Development Manager at Trans-Herbe, I represent 4 brands of absolutely delicious teas and herbal teas.Today I feel a lot of gratitude for navigating the world of sales and I truly feel in my element!
