- Designed and conducted an international dissertation project on the role that international medical graduates (IMGs) play in solving physician shortfalls in Sweden and the US- Recruited and conducted over 80 interviews with IMGs; analyzed for patterns in NVivo and Excel- Developed written and oral communication skills through 6 dissertation chapters, 3 manuscripts, and 7 conference presentations and lectures- Secured competitive fellowships totaling $54,000
