About Selma Delić
I joined PKF Smith Cooper in 2012 as a graduate and am extremely proud to have founded and grown our renowned and well-respected marketing team. Since joining, I have become the head of several other internal functions including Business Development, HR & People, Secretarial Support and our Innovation & Systems teams. I am also responsible for all operational aspects of our internal business strategy, which includes helping to set, evaluate and monitor key strategic goals and developments.I have specific interests in process (and improving processes), people and company culture - an area you will see me posting about quite often!Outside of work, I am proud to sit on the Enhancement Board at Nottingham Business School where I work with the school and other board members to ensure course content is relevant and useful for students and businesses alike, particularly focusing on the SME market.
