Bij deze rol hoort: - Maken van omgevingsanalyses op oproepbasis in tijden van crisis op basis van I,B,S- Verwerken van socialmedia- en nieuwsberichten en persvragen in een heldere rapportage- Onder tijdsdruk werken in een crisis, samenwerkingen met rest van het RAC en de rest van de crisisorganisatie- Buitenwereld naar binnen halen en vertalen voor de organisatie

For the University of Groningen, I coordinated digital content for the website, newsletters and social media platforms in order to recruit prospective students. This included creating content and social media strategies for the organisation as whole. I also advised as an consultant to faculties and services on a range of content - from copywriting and editing to video- and photoproduction. In addition, I managed a team of student assistants taking care of customer service and a flex team of bloggers and vloggers.Key accountabilities/Primary responsibilities:• to raise brand awareness and create student preference for the University of Groningen in the online space• to implement the University’s digital campaigns across international and domestic markets coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in voice and cultivating a strong online community• contribute to the development and execution to a University online strategy (in conjunction with the Online Marketeer and Head of Marketing)• to plan, implement and evaluate digital campaigns• to determine key messaging and develop creative briefs for tactical campaign executions• to identify and facilitate opportunities to leverage online activity with Faculty• to develop and foster positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient, effective delivery of campaigns in a timely and brand-consistent manner• to support the execution of the University Marketing Strategy, under the direction of the Head of Marketing• to undertake occasional travel (domestically and overseas) to support wider Marketing Team objectives and enable a better understanding of the end-user.
