- Set up and manage the Snow Lodge's clothing boutique and brands Pop Up Stores.- Responsible for partnerships, set up, and sales of new fashion designers - Jimmy Choo, La Perla, Apparis, Cordova, M. Miller, and Krimson Klover for the restaurant's store.- Real Estate - Research, work with brokers and negotiate rentals for Houses, Apts, and Hotels for Restaurant management, staff, clients, DJs, and music bands.- On-site talent liaison - Prepare Hotel and/or Apt before and after the talent's arrival in Aspen, buy groceries, fulfilled artist’s hospitality rider, arrange driver, and everything else the talent needed while in Aspen.- On-site Interior Designer liaison - Source and advice on which staff to hire, such as carpenter, lighting, cleaning crew, gardener, and furniture store, to set up and design the seasonal restaurant - summer and winter.- Set up the restaurant - new tables, chairs, sound system, lighting, staff, and source local farmers for the new season - summer and winter.- Research and find qualified staff for the restaurant - cleaning crew, drivers, cooks, managers, waiters, bartenders, hostesses, etc.- Restaurant Photograph - Photograph events, tables, and guests at the restaurant.- Flower arrangements - Arranged flowers daily, weekly, and at special events.- Invite and host new and established clients to the restaurant. Take care of VIPs at the restaurant - book tables, greet clients, and make sure the clients have a great time!

During the Pandemic Selma founded "Nature Face Mask" designing masks with her landscape and nature photography. She designed different collections such as "Aspen Summer" and "Aspen Winter" with photographs of the gondola, city, flowers, mountains, and rivers and she sold them online and at local Aspen Stores.

South Miami Beach, Fl

Selma built, managed, and operated the Photovibe Art gallery in South Miami Beach.She represented Haitian Pop Artist Jeffery Dread and managed all his Exhibitions and sales worldwide.

Selma designed special Collections for Harry Winston on their Fifth Avenue store and office.She worked closely with the head designer and sales management to create beautiful earrings, rings, necklaces, and bracelets.

As head of the design team, Selma designed six marcasite jewelry collections per year and managed all four in-house designers. Selma managed the design, setup, meetings with store buyers, and sales of trade shows such as Couture, and JCK in Las Vegas and NYC.
