My first contact with yoga was after I gave birth to my daughter in the year 1998. Since then I have explored and practiced various styles of yoga from Kundalini to Hatha and Vinyasa Flow.After moving with my family to Barcelona in the end of 2011 I discovered the Dynamic Yoga method with Jo Kemp and began the training with her, Olivia Dev and the founder of the method Godfrey Dev.Since 2013 I have been teaching in Sitges and Barcelona in studios, in-company yoga, private one-to-one classes and continued to deepen my own practice and teaching with my mentor and teachers. I also organize and plan yoga retreats and Pop Up events in the Barcelona area.
