Manages conversion experience for new accounts and existing clients according to operating procedures and direction from sales and client contacts.Consults with the clients prior to and during the implementation process to determine appropriate applications and evaluating any and all other needs the client may have as it relates to payroll processing, human resources, time and attendance as well as other ancillary products and services offered through Kronos.Provides internal and external customer care through relevant and timely communication.Supports implementation of new accounts, leveraging subject matter expertise role for the platform. May include implementation, training, procedure documentation, and training delivery according to business need.Participates in HR meetings and training sessions to exchange ideas and develop knowledge and skills. Applies outcomes of meetings through development and execution of agreed upon solutions or process improvements. This includes education of support staff on the client’s payroll workflow and supports project management by facilitating implementation of services such as reporting of 401k, GL, and benefit data reporting through the life cycle of the client.

Provide value added client service through maintaining good working relationships, timely response to questions and inquiries.Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our complex payroll/HRIS/Time application for the purpose of assisting clients through continuous training, troubleshooting and analysis.Coordinate and perform a variety of complex duties in the preparation, processing, and maintenance of payroll, salary, and benefit calculations so that client employees are always paid accurately and on time.Collect, analyze, update, and reconcile payroll data on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.Research and analyze discrepancies and process appropriate payroll and adjustment entries.Perform the calculation and application of garnishment deduction orders.Prepare supplemental payrolls as needed.Review and balance payroll and benefit data for regular and variable payrolls to ensure accuracy of reporting and distribution of funds.Resolve and/or coordinate the resolution or escalation of client support issues as needed.
