Responsibilities:* Worked closely with clinicians and other department staff to ensure integration of the technology into the diagnosis process. *Supported on-site education and training for clinical applications in General Imaging, Women Health, MSK, Vascular, Cardiac, Interventional Ultrasound in conjunction with new system installations and refresher training.* Identified and corrected image quality issues, knobology, equipment handling and any type of clinical difficulties. *Coordinated and supported sales demonstrations, product shipments, installations and in service alongside the technical team. *Maintained and established customer relationship with key accounts and potential future customers. *Developed and executed strategy for retaining current client base, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the full lifecycle of the equipment. *provided regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
