I spearheaded data analysis for AAI reporting, research, and communication needs, ensuring precision and clarity. I supervised quality assurance during data entry and cleaning for master’s, PhD, Short Courses, and Special Programs applications. Collaborating closely with the MEL and Communications teams, I facilitated data sharing and analysis to meet KPIs for Australia Awards programs in Indonesia. I managed and updated comprehensive databases for scholars and alumni, provided technical support and capacity building for DFAT officials and sub-program teams, and coordinated the provision of accurate data and robust analysis for both external stakeholders and the internal AAI team.

My primary responsibility is to oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of data, ensuring its accuracy, security, and effective utilization to support Demokrasi Digital’s mission. Additionally, I develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. I also provide visionary leadership and strategic mentorship to the operations and data teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

I was responsible for distributing digital promotional and campaign materials, reporting directly to CAUSINDY’s Communications Lead, and collaborating closely with the Communications Team.My key responsibilities included producing and editing videos, managing CAUSINDY’s YouTube channel, creating and editing audio content for podcasts, overseeing CAUSINDY’s Anchor podcast platform (distributed to channels such as Spotify and Google Podcast), and supporting the management of video and podcast content on CAUSINDY’s website and social media channels.

I oversaw the Program Monitoring and Management Document (PMMD) for master’s and PhD sub-programs, ensuring the meticulous consolidation and management of data. This includes maintaining, monitoring, and organizing data summaries from alumni annual surveys and post-event surveys. Additionally, I managed various AAI datasets related to scholars, alumni, and training programs such as the English Language Training Assistance (ELTA). My responsibilities extended to providing comprehensive data analysis for evaluations, studies, and in-house quantitative research activities.Moreover, I conducted detailed statistical analyses for studies, evaluations, and annual surveys. I contributed to the drafting of AAI Annual Report to the Australian Embassy and the Ministry of State Secretariat. Furthermore, I supported the review of alumni grant scheme proposal projects, focusing on their activity and logic models. This role demanded a high level of precision and analytical acumen, ensuring that all data-driven insights are both accurate and impactful.
