Consider the consultant's location and ability to travel if the job requires it. If the consultant needs to be on-site, ensure they are willing and able to relocate or travel as needed.• Handle both full-time and contract roles, targeting independent visa holders (e.g., US Citizens, Green card holders, GC EAD, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, OPT EAD) for full-time positions and H1B candidates for contract roles.• Negotiated hourly rates/Salary with consultants according to employer profit margin for contract placements (1099/C2C/W2). Developed strong loyal relationships with consultants that also led to referrals.• Coordinating interviews and gathering feedback from both clients and candidates time slots of the consultants and scheduling the time slots and get in touch with both employer and consultant.
