Selva is the creator of The Fearless Self. He is a Performance Facilitator in personal and professional achievement - with a strong emphasis on Self-Leadership. He found that talent is in abundance but without direction, “wasted talent” was more the standard refrain. Why was it that some people thrived with their talent and were happy, while others were 'distracted' from it and were unhappy? Having worked with so many people from diverse backgrounds, he developed an acute insight into the human psyche and personality. The spiritual, emotional, mental and physical dimensions needed to be understood, both separately and as a whole. He then started working with people who were receptive to this concept, initially with the individual parts of the program and more recently with all the components complementing each other to form The Fearless Self. Today, when people ask him 'what is it that he does?' - He simply tells them 'I help people be better’ - to be better at anything. His previous 20-year corporate background has been in banking, advertising, property development, education and retail petroleum – managing multi-million-ringgit portfolios. His roles have been in strategic planning, marketing and development. He has also since been in consulting and training, and also in tech marketing.He is currently doing anything that interests him, such as music production, design, and has also produced and directed an award-winning original musical. He is also currently writing a book that will completed and published by the end of the year, and a solo play, both of which is based on The Fearless Self. He lectures and gives talks extensively at institutes of higher learning and corporations, as well as in various other relevant platforms. He is developing his company to be positioned globally as a premier learning and research organization for human excellence.
