Dual sourcing strategy in medium & long term for the related products.Tracking key and critical products, End to end tracking to avoid being out of stock.Maintaining the data integrity for material shortage list report & acting as liaison between suppliers and quality team with regards to trouble shooting, MPN issues etc.Inventory management and Turn-over control by expediting the parts and meeting the delivery dates as per customer on-time requirement.Target to achieve Customer demand pull in coordinate with material planning, program management and close loop material status reporting.Risk parts RFQ Execution and price/quantity negotiation with suppliers.
