Quality Management Representative
Current Handling IATF certification body audits and coach team to get ready for the audits (Objective is to get certification without major non-conformity/basic process non-adherence.) IMS system (QMS & QHS) establish, deployment and regular monitoring in plant processes. Conduct Risk & opportunity assessment of plant process and coordinate with process owners to identify the risk mitigation plan and implement within the defined time line. Conduct periodic review of QMS level1, level2, level3 & level4 documents/records and ensure its latest Provide brief details of QMS system whenever changes in the organization. Prepare internal audits (QMS audit/Process audit) schedule, conduct audits and identify the opportunities for improvement. Guide and support team Improvement actions implementation. Prepare monthly review meeting schedule with Management to review QMS maturity status and propose strategy to improve its maturity. Coordinate with CFT to review PFMEA of plant processes (END-END) and identify the actions to eliminate potential risk in the process. Coach internal team about customer specific requirements (CSR) and Guide them to implement in plant processes. The following customer requirements are implemented plant; o RNAIPL – Supplier Task Force audit (STF) & Supplier Health Check audit (SHC) o PSA – Process Control Plan Audit (PCPA) o KIA – 5 Star Audit o Toyota (TKAP&TIEI) – SPTT and CACS o AISIN – System audit Provide training on IATF, ISO, IATF and EHS standard requirement to internal team to improve employee engagement towards QMS maturity improvement. Participate in plant KPI review and guide team to improve QMS in plant. Provide QMS supports during new products development projects.
