Experienced with a demonstrated history of working in the Automobile industry. * Planning and scheduling of maintenance activities (Corrective, preventive & predictive)* Investigate the maintenance problems, analyze root causes, define corrective actions, implement and monitor them and coordinate internally to reduce downtime.* CBM, TBM, CM activities – Preventive Maintenance approach.* Prepare reports & plan & attend monthly review meetings with all data/information compiled.* Coordinate the team & train them in the use & application of quality systems, SOPs, procedures, policies, safety & tools.* CNC machines like VMC/HMC, Machining, Lathes Drilling and Turning Machines. (Siemens 802D,810D & Fanuc) SPM machines* Maintaining Electric hardening & tempering furnace and Auto plating / Phosphating and Programmable Logic Controller based machines (Siemens S7 200 & S7 300, Mitsubishi Fx Series, Fanuc Series). * Maintain Fanuc robot welding and ABB pick & place robot machines,AC & DC Electrical drives – VFD* Participating in Energy conservation and techniques.* Ensure timely preparation of overall budget plan & closely monitor all the maintenance schedules across the plant & maximize availability* Maintaining utilities* Supervisor Competency Certificate Holder (Electrical supervisor C License).* Installation of new machinery, plant and equipment as per layout / requirement.* Designing & Modification of Electrical Circuits (Based on Safety, Quality and Energy saving).* Involving in Continuous Improvement techniques and scheduling of calibration activities* Update maintenance performance data (MTTR, MTBF & down Time).* Maintaining maintenance documents like machine History cards, PM schedule, PM check sheet, JH CLIT check sheet, Critical spares list, Kaizen sheets etc. * Role as a Safety coordinator and Rule 3 Person during TNEB CIEG inspection (Rule 30&Rule 43 ).* Internal auditor of British Safety Council audit and OHSAS 18001
