1. Handling Three Mortgage Projects with 150 operators, 8 Team Leaders, 4 Supervisors and 2 Project Co-ordinators.2. Collect the entire projects Dashboard from Project Co-ordinator (including other sites like Philippines, Tanjore and US) and review it then share the details to the Management.6. Prepare MBO & PLM Deck for Management review and explain the failures and what are the actions are taken to solve the issues on monthly basis.7. Ensuring timely delivery is met within the said TAT and quality requirement.
