CurrentJob Responsibilities: • Procurement & Negotiation• Strategic Sourcing Initiatives using Ariba• Price Agreement finalization for the regular purchase items• Spend Categorization for Strategic Planning(Direct and Indirect Spend, Under which various Categories)• Consolidated Spend Reports and Business Score Card Reports• Managing the Stores(Surplus and Inventory Materials) & Internal Logistics• MDM and Data Integration• Unified Material Codification System• Supporting and Coordinating with ERP (SAP/Xpedeon) teams for Successful Implementation, Integration and Reporting.Working as a Supply Chain Manager in ETA ASCON STAR Group of Companies, in which handling the Procurement and Supply Chain activities of the different divisions and their various projects.Also working in the supporting role for the process of integrating the various Divisions performing on various ERP systems, through the Central Procurement Department for getting the Integrated Business Dashboard in terms of the knowing the total spend.To achieve this, as a strategic initiative we are in the process of currently introducing/implementing Unified Material Codification System to integrate the various versions of the Master Data and there by consolidating the Transaction Data as well.This consolidated transaction data is used for the categorization of spend, and accordingly used to arrive the appropriate strategy for achieving the very goal of maximizing the overall savings.
